
About Yinan
Yinan focuses on structuring and negotiating licensing, collaboration and other strategic commercial agreements. With advanced training in chemistry and biomedical sciences, she works with pharmaceutical and biotech companies on intellectual property (IP) and commercial transactions across all stages of research, development, manufacturing and commercialization.
Yinan has experience in patent strategy and portfolio management. Before transitioning to a transactional role, she worked as a patent attorney, designing and implementing IP strategies for a range of drug assets, including small molecules and complex therapeutics, such as antibodies and gene therapies.
