• Advising IMPACT Therapeutics, a commercial-stage biotechnology company focused on advancing synthetic lethality-based precision anti-cancer therapies globally, on its HK$844 million IPO and listing on the HKEX
• Advising joint sponsors Morgan Stanley, China International Capital Corporation and GF Securities on the HK$2.277 billion IPO and listing of Insilico Medicine, a global, clinical-stage, generative AI-driven biotech responsible for advancing the first generative AI-discovered and designed drug to human clinical trials, on the HKEX
