Yasmine Ebrat

Yasmine practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on emerging and high-growth companies, venture capital funds, and public companies. She advises clients through all stages of the business life cycle on matters including venture financings, public company offerings, US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.

During her studies at the University of Virginia School of Law, Yasmine served as a student associate in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, advising startups on corporate and employment matters. She also served as president of the Muslim Law Students Association.
