Xinwei Li

Xinwei advises clients at all stages of their corporate life cycle, including initial formation, day-to-day governance matters, early- and late-stage venture financings, and exit transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. She also represents private equity and venture capital investors in financing transactions in the US, Asia and Europe.

In law school, Xinwei served as the vice president of the Harvard China Law Association and an editor for the Harvard International Law Journal. She also worked at the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL).
