About Xara

Xara represents clients in all aspects of employment counseling and litigation.

Before joining Cooley, Xara clerked on the US District Court for the District of Maryland where she worked on a range of civil litigation and employment-related matters involving workplace discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodations, discovery issues related to trade secret misappropriation, labor union-employer conflicts and collective bargaining, and wage and hour disputes.

During law school, Xara served as a senior technical editor on the American University Law Review. She also served as the director of affairs for the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. Before going to law school, Xara was a paralegal at a boutique law firm where she worked on various commercial and real estate matters.
