William Merriam

Will practices general business and corporate law, focusing on representing emerging and high-growth companies. He advises clients across an array of corporate matters, including entity formations, financings, M&A and corporate governance.

In law school, Will served as a student attorney in the Business Transactions Clinic and was co-president of the Social Enterprise & Startup Law Group.
