Wes Jones

Wes practices general corporate and securities law, representing emerging companies, public companies and venture capital funds. He represents his clients through all stages of their life cycle, in matters such as entity formation, venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.

While attending law school, Wes served on the board of the Startup Law Initiative, a pro bono organization providing formation services to founders. Wes also was a Henderson Scholar. In addition, he interned at the East Bay Community Law Center, where he provided pro bono legal services related to health and welfare. Before law school, Wes interned at the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) of Indiana.
