Walter Musgrave

Walter practices general corporate law, advising public and private companies on matters including entity formation, corporate governance, private financings, public offerings and securities compliance. He attended UCLA School of Law, where he was online editor of the UCLA Law Review. Walter received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Yale University.
