Vlad Herta

Vlad Herta is an associate in our corporate practice where he counsels clients on a range of matters, with an emphasis on equity capital markets transactions and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including SPACs. Vlad advises a range of public and private companies across multiple industries, with a focus on the tech and life sciences sectors.

Prior to joining Cooley, Vlad was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in their New York office.

During his stay at NYU School of Law, Vlad served as an executive editor of the NYU Law Review.
