Vicky Kandabarow

Vicky brings practitioner-level perspective to Cooley’s legal innovation program, drawing on her experience as an M&A special counsel advising private and public companies on mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and strategic partnerships, most prominently in the technology sector. Now focused on M&A innovation, she partners with practice group leadership to identify, deploy and scale legal technologies – including AI tools – that improve how complex deals get done. Her business-minded approach and deep transactional experience allow her to design solutions that meet the demands of sophisticated clients and fast-moving markets.
