Veronica Cortes has extensive experience in managing all aspects of copyright and trademark prosecution and enforcement matters. She focuses on worldwide trademark clearance, US and international trademark prosecution, maintenance, policing and litigation for companies active in wide range of industries, including pharmaceutical, medical, financial, real estate, fashion, personal care and technology, as well as the related aspects of mergers, acquisitions and other business transactions.

Prior to joining Cooley, Veronica was a senior paralegal at Fross, Zelnick, Lehrman & Zissu.
