Van Le

Van practices general corporate and securities law. Her practice covers a variety of general corporate and transactional matters – including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and compliance. During law school, she was a member of the California Law Review and worked with the East Bay Community Law Center.
