Valerie Sapozhnikova

Valerie Sapozhnikova has represented investment banks and issuers on corporate and capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, other equity offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings and acquisition financing. Valerie also counsels companies with respect to general corporate and securities matters, including SEC reporting obligations and corporate governance issues.

Prior to joining Cooley, Valerie was a corporate associate in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine and Moore LLP.

While attending Harvard Law School, Valerie was an executive editor of the Harvard Business Law Review.
