About Vaishali
Vaishali focuses on data privacy and emerging technologies, advising companies on complex regulatory compliance regimes and government investigations. She also has experience counseling clients on privacy and information security issues in the context of corporate transactions and commercial agreements. Vaishali is a Certified Information Privacy Professional for the US (CIPP/US) and Europe (CIPP/E).
At law school, Vaishali worked as a research assistant to professor Daniel Solove, and she was a founding member of The George Washington’s Journal of Law & Technology. Vaishali was also selected as an International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Westin Scholar, a recognition awarded to students demonstrating excellence in privacy and data protection law.
