Ure A. Obioma

Ure has a general corporate practice, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging companies, public and private companies, and venture capital funds. She represents her clients throughout the business life cycle in matters such as venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.

Before joining Cooley, Ure was a legal affairs fellow in the office of California Gov. Gavin Newsom.
