Tyler Price

Tyler represents clients in high-stakes civil and commercial disputes, focusing on general commercial and securities litigation. He also advises clients on investigations by the government and conducts sensitive internal investigations. Tyler has represented both private and public companies. He maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on voting rights.

Before joining Cooley, Tyler was an associate at another American multinational law firm and clerked for Judge Lorna G. Schofield of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
