About Tyler

Tyler has a general corporate practice, representing emerging companies, public companies and venture capital funds. He advises his clients throughout the business life cycle in matters such as formation, venture financings, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance. During law school, Tyler was a member of the Georgetown Law Technology Review and contributed to the American Bar Association’s Entertainment and Sports Lawyer.

Before practicing law, Tyler held a variety of positions in private industry. Most recently, Tyler was responsible for leading financial planning and operational analysis for a nine-figure business unit at a national financial services provider.
