About Ty

Ty represents private companies on a variety of corporate matters including formation, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities law compliance.

Before joining Cooley, Ty was an associate at a California-based global law firm. Prior to practicing law, he worked as a management consultant at Accenture, advising clients across a range of industries.
