About Tucker

Tucker practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on emerging and high-growth companies throughout all stages of the business life cycle. He works with clients on a wide range of matters – including company formation, private financings, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance issues, and Securities and Exchange Commission Reporting.

During law school, Tucker served as a senior publishing editor for the California Law Review, a senior technical editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal and a general member of Ecology Law Quarterly. At Berkeley, he also helped lead two Student-Initiated Legal Services Projects (SLPS) – Environmental Conservation Outreach and the Political and Election Empowerment Project.
