Tony advises public and private companies – including venture capital and private equity funds and their portfolio companies – on compensation and benefits matters in connection with financings, public offerings, mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Tony also regularly advises clients at all stages of the corporate life cycle on the design and implementation of compensation programs and arrangements, including structuring and implementing management equity arrangements, retention programs, and severance and change-in-control programs.
