Tonny Yu focuses his practice on initial public offerings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Hong Kong listing rules and securities regulations compliance advisory work. 

Prior to joining Cooley, Tonny worked at the Hong Kong office of another leading US law firm. 

Tonny is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English and Cantonese.
