Tiffany focuses her corporate practice in emerging growth and venture capital. She has advised  venture capital funds, corporate venture investors and emerging growth companies throughout all stages of the corporate life cycle.

Tiffany regularly advises early- and late-stage companies, and their boards and management, on a range of corporate events, including formations, venture capital financings, recapitalizations, M&A and other general corporate governance matters. Tiffany also represents venture capital funds and corporate venture investors, throughout all stages of the investment process, in both early- and late-stage companies.
