About Tiffany

Tiffany represents clients in complex commercial disputes, with a focus on class action matters involving technology, privacy and consumer protection. She primarily represents technology companies, from startups to multinational companies, offering strategic counsel and advocacy at every stage of litigation – from pre-litigation through appeal.

Tiffany has defended clients in a variety of complex civil cases in federal and state court, as well as arbitral tribunals. These matters have included class actions brought under California and other state privacy and consumer protection laws, including the California Invasion of Privacy Act, Federal Wiretap Act, California Unfair Competition Law and California Automatic Renewal Law. She also has experience handling regulatory investigations and enforcement matters involving state and federal regulatory agencies.

In addition to her commercial practice, Tiffany maintains an active pro bono practice. As a fifth-year associate, she successfully argued a prisoner civil rights appeal before the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in a pro bono matter.

Before entering private practice, Tiffany served as deputy county counsel for the County of Santa Clara, where she advised on complex legal matters impacting public governance and policy, as well as code enforcement. In 2015, she served as a summer law clerk in the San Francisco District Attorney’s office, where she conducted preliminary examinations in felony matters. From 2010 to 2013, she worked as an environmental consultant in California on environmental impact assessments.

Tiffany brings a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to every matter, combining strong advocacy with a deep understanding of her clients’ industries, technologies and objectives.
