                About Taylor
Taylor’s practice includes a variety of complex commercial and securities litigation matters, as well as regulatory investigations. Taylor also maintains a robust pro bono practice.
While at the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, Taylor was a member and board representative of the school’s moot court team, where she competed in numerous national moot court competitions. Taylor argued in the final round of the Cardozo BMI Moot Court Competition and was awarded second-best brief at the Irving R. Kaufman Memorial Securities Law Moot Court Competition.
Taylor also was vice president of alumni relations for the UC Law SF Technology and Law Society, where she served as a liaison between students and alumni attorneys for the organization’s mentorship program.
