About Tara
Tara represents private and public companies at all stages of growth on corporate matters, including formation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, and day-to-day corporate governance. Before joining Cooley, Tara was an associate at a Silicon Valley-based law firm, where she counseled clients on similar corporate and transactional matters. In law school, Tara served as a student attorney in the nonprofit and entrepreneurship division of the Access to Justice Clinic, representing nonprofit and small business clients on a range of transactional matters.
