About Tara
Tara practices corporate and securities law, representing both public and private companies in a wide range of matters, including incorporations, financings, complex business transactions, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.
Prior to attending law school, Tara worked as a strategy consultant for Monitor Deloitte, where she focused on long-term scenario planning. Tara was also a former fellow with Kiva Microfunds in Ecuador and Kenya.
While at UC Berkeley, School of Law, Tara served as editor-in-chief of the Berkeley Journal of International Law. Prior to law school, she was a member of the PAC-10 Academic All-American and captain of the women's and men's diving team at UC Berkeley.
