Tamim Bazzi

Tamim works with emerging companies throughout their life cycles, with a focus on high-growth companies in the technology space. He also advises venture capital funds, corporate VCs and angel investors who invest in high-growth private companies. Tamim has a deep understanding of New York’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and has worked across multiple verticals while developing a particular interest in foodtech, impact investing and cross border ventures. In addition to the US, Tamim also has a robust practice in France and in LatAm. He actively mentors emerging companies at all stages and is a regular guest lecturer teaching law and entrepreneurship at Cornell University. Tamim is a member of the New York pro bono committee.

• Contentsquare, a digital experience analytics company, on its $190 million Series D financing round
• Aircall, a provider of cloud-based call center software, on its $65 million Series C financing
• SevenRooms, a data-driven guest experience platform for the hospitality industry, on its $50 million Series B funding round
• Biofabrication company Modern Meadow on its $40 million Series B funding round
• Odeko, an inventory management system for cafes, from inception through Series E financing rounds for a total deal value of nearly $296 million
