About Tamim
Tamim works with emerging companies throughout their life cycles, with a focus on high-growth companies in the technology space. He also advises venture capital funds, corporate VCs and angel investors who invest in high-growth private companies. Tamim has a deep understanding of New York’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and has worked across multiple verticals while developing a particular interest in foodtech, impact investing and cross border ventures. In addition to the US, Tamim also has a robust practice in France and in LatAm. He actively mentors emerging companies at all stages and is a regular guest lecturer teaching law and entrepreneurship at Cornell University. Tamim is a member of the New York pro bono committee.

- Rappi, a Latin America-based on-demand delivery service, on its $1 billion financing
- IVP on its investment in DeepL, an artificial intelligence-based language translator, bringing DeepL’s valuation to more than $1 billion
- IVP on Pigment’s Series B, C, and D funding rounds, totaling $328+ million in the agentic AI platform for enterprise business planning
- Contentsquare, a digital experience analytics company, on its $190 million Series D financing round
- Aircall, a provider of cloud-based call center software, on its $65 million Series C financing
- SevenRooms, a data-driven guest experience platform for the hospitality industry, on its $50 million Series B funding round
- Biofabrication company Modern Meadow on its $40 million Series B funding round
- Odeko, an inventory management system for cafes, from inception through Series E financing rounds for a total deal value of nearly $296 million
- Air, a provider of a cloud collaboration tool for visual work, on its $12 million Series A and $35 million Series B financings
- Framer, a professional website design platform that has quickly become the platform of choice for companies that want to ship their entire .com, on its $100 million Series D financing.
- Upway, a provider of certified e-bikes aiming to make electric mobility accessible to everyone, on its $60 million Series C financing
- uLesson, a Nigerian educational and learning technology platform, on its $7.5 million Series A financing
- Criteo, a leading global technology company that specializes in performance display advertising, on its $250 million IPO
