
About Talya
Talya represents emerging companies and public companies throughout the corporate life cycle, including formation, venture financings, M&A, and US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
As a student at New York University School of Law, Talya focused on the emerging body of law regarding new tech. She was a student attorney in the Technology Law and Policy Clinic, a student fellow at the Engelberg Center on Innovation Law & Policy, a scholar at the Center for Cybersecurity and a contributor to the Knowing Machines research project. She was also a judicial intern at the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
