About Talea
Talea represents emerging and high-growth companies, public companies and venture capital funds. She advises clients on general corporate and transactional matters throughout all stages of the life cycle, including venture financings, M&A, public offerings, and US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance. Before joining Cooley, Talea had a career in tech, working at Cloudflare from 2015 to 2021.
