About Zoe

Zoe focuses her practice on patent litigation, representing clients across a broad range of industries – from pharmaceutical and medical devices to software and electronics. She has represented clients in various venues throughout the US, including Texas, Pennsylvania and before the International Trade Commission. Her experience spans all stages of litigation, from presuit due diligence to trial. 

Zoe received her JD with a concentration in intellectual property law from The George Washington University Law School, where she served as an editor of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal. She also provided pro bono patent prosecution and counseling services as a student attorney of the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic. Zoe attended the accelerated dental program at University of the Pacific and attained a BS in biological sciences, during which she interned at dental hospitals and conducted immunology research at Ewha Womans University.
