Sydney Weigert
About Sydney
Sydney focuses on representing emerging and high-growth companies and their investors. She leverages her in-house background to help clients navigate some of their most important matters, including general corporate governance, private financings, corporate strategy and M&A.
Before law school, Sydney lived in Berlin, Germany, where she held numerous positions on the business and legal affairs team at SoundCloud. Focusing primarily on content moderation and policy management, she represented the company externally in a multitude of facets and interacted with many high-level stakeholders. She also developed a passion for working with emerging companies, helping them face their most difficult challenges with fortitude, positivity and vigor.
In law school, Sydney served as editor in chief of the Colorado Technology Law Journal and as a student manager for the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. During her first summer, she interned with Airbnb’s privacy legal team. She graduated having fulfilled her law school’s Public Service Pledge, requiring commitment to 50+ hours of public service work.
