Sydney’s recent transactions include advising:

  • JMI Equity’s investment in Performio for $75 million
  • M33 Growth’s investment in IFS Core
  • Aztec Software’s investment from NexPhase Capital

While at Boston University School of Law, Sydney served as executive editor for management on the Review of Banking and Financial Law.
