About Sunny
Sunny represents clients in complex commercial litigation and high-stakes disputes. She has experience across all stages of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, trials, and courtroom advocacy.
Before joining Cooley, Sunny practiced at two prominent US law firms, where she successfully achieved impactful results for her clients. Her work included handling dispositive motions, discovery and trial preparation in federal and state courts.
Sunny clerked for Judge Roopali H. Desai of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Miranda Du of the US District Court for the District of Nevada. During her clerkships, she analyzed complex legal issues, including issues of first impression, and supported hearings, trials and appellate proceedings.
