About Stephanie
Stephanie Li focuses her practice on venture capital and private equity fund formation matters. She represents institutional investors and other investors in connection with investments in USD-dominated funds.
Prior to joining Cooley, Stephanie worked at a top tier PRC law firm in its investment fund group, where she represented sponsors of private equity funds in RMB fund formation and institutional investors in investments in RMB-denominated private funds.
Stephanie is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
