About Stephanie
Stephanie focuses on knowledge management and practice innovation with an emphasis on driving adoption of legal technology and advancing best practices for the use of technology in client services. She works closely with practice group leadership, legal project management teams, and firm technology and operations professionals to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through innovative tools and processes. Stephanie also develops and maintains practice group-specific resources and playbooks, supporting attorneys in understanding and implementing best practices around the use of emerging legal technologies, including generative AI solutions. Her deep familiarity with capital markets practice, gained through years of direct legal experience, enables her to translate complex technical concepts into practical guidance for legal professionals and firm leadership.
Before joining the innovation department, Stephanie served as a resource attorney at Cooley, where she supported the public companies and capital markets practices. Prior to joining Cooley, she practiced as a corporate and securities lawyer at an international law firm and a media law firm based in Seattle.
