Sonja advises clients on a range of corporate transactions, including venture capital financings, M&A and general corporate transactions. She also advises companies and investors across the business life cycle. Before joining Cooley, Sonja was a paralegal, trained and qualified into the corporate technology and life sciences team at an international law firm in London.
