Snow Yang

Snow’s work focuses on venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment and general corporate matters in various sectors, including technology, life sciences, software, semiconductors, renewable energy and real estate. She is experienced in complex deal structures and commercial negotiation representing sophisticated corporate venture capital and private equity fund clients and emerging companies. Snow assists international and domestic clients in cross-border investments, restructurings, joint ventures, spinoffs, foreign direct investments, outbound investments and expansions.

Before joining Cooley, Snow was an associate in a leading People’s Republic of China (PRC) law firm for seven years and is qualified to practice law in the PRC.

She is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
