Simon Dandy

Simon leads Cooley’s technology platforms and applications initiatives, overseeing core enterprise systems, workflow platforms and the firm’s responsible artificial intelligence initiatives.

With more than 30 years of experience in the legal technology field, Simon has held leadership roles at multiple top global law firms and gained vendor‑side insight while working for a legaltech provider. He applies this broad perspective to designing solutions that meet the evolving needs of lawyers, business teams and clients. He consistently champions technology that simplifies work and empowers people to operate at their best.

Before joining Cooley, Simon served as director of legal technology solutions at another international law firm, where he led several major global technology initiatives, including successful deployments of iManage Cloud, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Prior to that, he was vice president of product evangelism at a global software vendor, partnering with many of the world’s top law firms to optimize their workflows and maximize the value of their legaltech investments.
