Sigan Chen

Sigan focuses on the representation of venture capital and private equity sponsors in the formation and operation of their funds. Prior to joining Cooley, she was an associate in the New York office of another law firm, where she represented private equity sponsors pursuing a variety of strategies in the formation and operation of their funds.

While in law school, Sigan was the articles editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal.
