About Siana

Siana represents clients in a variety of corporate matters, with a particular focus on securities offerings and general corporate representation of high-growth private and public companies. Her clients include many top tech and life sciences companies, including BioMarin Pharmaceutical, New Relic, Stitch Fix, The Honest Company, Uber Technologies and Yelp.

Siana advises corporate clients on corporate governance, securities laws matters, disclosure issues and ongoing reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act. She also represents companies, institutional investors, investment banks and financial institutions on initial public offerings and follow-on securities offerings, as well as other equity and debt financings, primarily in the technology and life sciences industries.

Siana has substantial experience representing private companies preparing for an initial public offering, guiding them through the IPO process and continuing to counsel them as public companies.

Since 2022, Siana been ranked by Chambers USA as an Up and Coming lawyer in its Capital Markets: Debt & Equity category for the Western United States and California.
