About Shu-en

Shu-en focuses her practice on M&A, venture capital and private equity transactions. She has experience representing emerging companies, as well as private equity and VC investors, in the US and Asia. In 2022, Asian Legal Business named Shu-en on its inaugural Singapore Rising Stars list.
