Sherlyn focuses her practice on venture capital, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, and general corporate matters. She has advised international and domestic companies from various industries on their cross-border transactions and operations, as well as other corporate, regulatory and compliance matters.

Sherlyn is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.

• SJ Semiconductor, a provider of high-performance chip assembly, testing and packaging services intended to ensure the quality of finished semiconductors, in signing the first batch investment agreement of its $340 million Series C+ financing.
• Wondercel Therapeutics, a next generation cell therapy company, in its $14 million angel round financing.
• TandemAi, a developer of an advanced networked platform dedicated to reinventing drug discovery infrastructure, in its $35 million Series A financing.
