Shehzad Akram

Shehzad focuses his practice on debt finance, having worked as a paralegal in the debt finance and corporate teams at Cooley for a number of years. He has advised both lenders and borrowers on a broad range of international banking and finance matters, including debt finance, structured finance and restructurings, with a particular focus on the technology and life sciences sectors.

Outside of work, Shehzad has a keen interest in sports, especially tennis, football and cricket.
