Sean U. Ross

Sean focuses his practice on the representation of high-growth startup and emerging companies and their investors, with an emphasis on company formations, venture capital financings, general corporate matters and exit strategies. Sean has unique experience supporting consumer packaged goods, food and beverage startup companies and venture capital investors.

Prior to joining Cooley, Sean practiced in the emerging companies and venture capital group at another international law firm. Before law school, Sean served as a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he conducted strategic analysis for intelligence community clients.

Sean is also a member of the Vail Yeti, a semi-professional Senior A ice hockey team based in Vail, Colorado. He played NCAA Division III ice hockey at Wesleyan University.
