Seamus Howard

Seamus practices general corporate and securities law, focusing on emerging and high-growth companies. He represents his clients through all stages of the business life cycle in matters including venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, public company offerings, and corporate governance.

While in law school, Seamus served as a staff editor for the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal.
