Scott D. Rudin

Scott represents emerging growth companies and the investors that fund them in a diverse range of critical transactions, from formation through funding and liquidity events. He also provides clients with day-to-day advice on corporate governance matters, strategic transactions and general legal issues. He has worked on a diverse range of critical transactions, including venture capital financings, M&A and initial public offerings.

Before joining Cooley, Scott was an associate in the M&A group of another global law firm in New York.
