Savannah Harms

Savannah Harms is an associate in the debt finance practice group. She represents private equity firms, banks and alternate lenders and public and private companies in a wide variety of financing and restructuring transactions.

Prior to joining Cooley, Savannah was an associate in the New York office of Milbank LLP.
