About Sarah
Sarah’s practice focuses on antitrust and competition issues. She has experience in matters before the US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and she advises clients on antitrust concerns, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and antitrust counseling. She also advises clients on consumer protection matters before the FTC, including unfair and deceptive practices, claim substantiation, and endorsements.
Before joining Cooley, Sarah worked for two years at the FTC, where she investigated and litigated potentially anticompetitive conduct and mergers in a broad range of industries.
