Sarah O'Gorman

Sarah represents startup and emerging growth tech and biotech companies, as well as their investors. She advises companies in a wide range of strategic transactions throughout the company’s life cycle – from formation to exit – including incorporation and organizational matters, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, and general corporate matters. Sarah also works closely with venture capital and other institutional investors on their investments and matters related to their portfolio companies.
