Sarah O'Gorman

Sarah O’Gorman is a special counsel in Cooley’s corporate practice.

Prior to attending law school, Sarah was a litigation paralegal at Holland & Knight LLP. While attending Harvard Law School, she interned at Massachusetts Institute of Technology Investment Management Company and served as technical editor of the Journal of Law and Technology Digest.
