Sarah Miller

Sarah provides health regulatory counsel to a range of healthcare and life sciences industry clients. Her practice includes regulatory counseling, US Department of Health and Human Services investigations, advising on transactional matters, and consulting on compliance with federal and state healthcare laws. Sarah also has experience advising provider practice groups, management service organizations, telehealth providers, pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, investors, and other healthcare industry clients on a diverse range of regulatory, transactional, compliance, and privacy matters.

Prior to attending law school, Sarah worked in clinical research at Massachusetts General Hospital.
